We know that Article 370 has been removed on Jammu and Kashmir that’s good enough. When Article 370 was removed, Corona had increased the trouble to the people there, but since Lockdown opened: since then people have come to life people are going to visit it.

As we know that when the corona came, then the livelihood of all the people had stopped, the same happened in Kashmir. that now slowly people are able to work on it. People walking around are also seeing changes in Srinagar and they are also happy.

The big government had made the security system very strict to stop terrorism on the removal of Article 370. The army was deployed everywhere. Lal Chowk of Srinagar once used to be a cantonment; soldiers were stationed there on a large scale. Because the country’s foreign exposure was the highest This is where the incidents of stone-pelting often came to the fore. But luckily now  Lal Chowk is calm. Now neither he is the sound of the shoes of the soldiers: no, but terrorism:

The Prime Minister also held a meeting to maintain the security of Kashmir: Ever since Kashmir started changing: People have also started getting relief. People have started the business, so political activity has also started increasing in Kashmir. Delimitation of Jammu and Kashmir ahead to restore the political process: which the current leaders of Kashmir are looking at with suspicion.

Omar Abdullah said that there is no need for delimitation, while in the rest of the country there will be delimitation in 2026, so why was Jammu and Kashmir transferred.

This is straightforward arithmetic. Because 44 seats are needed to form the government, but Jammu has 37 seats: Ladakh’s seat has decreased. In such a situation, it is being said that if the number of seats on it increases to 47, then a lot of power will be snatched from the hands of Kashmir and political parties. And BJP was engaged continuously by choosing only 44 seats: that much more competition between Congress and BJP: Due to this, the situation of Kashmir may become weak and that the pressure of political parties may come down, questions are being raised on the delimitation again and again.

The issue of delimitation was raised by the leaders of Kashmir in the all-party meeting of the Prime Minister on June 24. The central government had assured that the process of delimitation would be completed soon.

Article 370 was removed by the central government on 5 August 2019 in Jammu and Kashmir.

After this the status was returned to the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh were divided into two union territories.

The Central Government had constituted a Special Delimitation Commission in February 2020 last year to create afresh the seats of the Legislative Assembly and Parliament.

There is a constant meeting with political parties and officials.

It is expected that by the end of August, the report of the Statutes will come, after which the way for elections in the states will also be cleared.

The last delimitation in Jammu and Kashmir was done in the year 1995. Total 37 seats in the Jammu region: While there are 46 seats in Kashmir, 24 seats are also reserved for the logic authorities. If we include the seat of Jammu and Kashmir, then a total of 43 seats in the Legislative Assembly comes.

Possibilities of increasing the Legislative Assembly seat in Jammu and Kashmir are being expressed in the new situation. The people of the Jammu region have always been expressing fear that their representation should increase. The same argument to the people of Kashmir: that their area is bigger, they should be represented.

BJP wants that the representation of the Jammu region should increase, one reason is also that BJP has been doing excellent performance in Jammu. While Kashmir its support base is very weak.

The leader of Jammu wants to make the 2001 survey the basis of the delimitation. He says that between 2001 and 2011, the population of the Jammu region is increasing rapidly. BJP has also lodged its formal objection with the Delimitation Commission regarding this. BJP’s belief that if more seats come in the share of Jammu, then the way for the majority of the single party can be opened. The people of Jammu believe that the Kashmir region has been getting more representation.

And because of this, a different kind of dissatisfaction is also being created in Jammu However, Ghulam Nabi Azad, the former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, comes from the Doda area of Jammu itself. But in spite of that, the voice kept rising from time to time from Jammu. In such a situation, after the delimitation, there can be a big change in the assembly area and the seat.

The Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, is engaged in winning the hearts of the people: The confidence he instilled by talking to the leaders of Kashmir, his efforts are paying off. After 22 months of abrogation of Article 370 in Kashmir, a political stir is visible again.

Kashmiris themselves want re-election and a new government should be formed.

Now Jammu and Kashmir are completely calm: and many people are able to roam there, people from many countries are also going to visit it. I hope that now such an atmosphere prevails in Jammu and Kashmir as always.
